Lately, I have been thinking about heart health. The weather has been dreary, sleeping well has been challenging—everybody looks tired, and I seem to be a magnet for people who smoke. Hearty Laughter
This morning, I watched the television news with my usual disconnected “attention.” When a Hopsital Job Fair headline displayed on the screen, my eye immediately caught the “hopsital” word and I laughed and laughed. Sunshine and Heart Health
Yesterday, I put this laptop down and ran outside into the sunshine. Suddenly, I couldn’t stand being inside.
